What a
difference two chromosomes makes!
My deep
background research for Seeds of Heaven uncovered an interesting possibility in
the world of genetic engineering. It is
probably technically feasible today to create clones of any living thing. Yet these clones are not true clones in that
they lack the viability of their parent organism. They are unstable and don’t
live very long. This niche science is still in its formative stages.
In Chapter
1 of Seeds of Heaven cloning is cited as being used to create a slave labor
force. Hister uses the technology to
deliberately create disposable humanoids.
The Children of Light lead by the Progenitor rescue and work on the
clones with technology to reverse Hister’s inhumane practice.
In my first
article in this series,The Third
Evolutionary Paradigm, I suggest that Homo Sapiens were genetically
engineered by an extraterrestrial expeditionary team who needed a workforce.
Humans possess
46 chromosomes, primates 48. Darwinian evolutionists theorize that in the
evolution from a common ancestor, Homo Sapiens lost two chromosomes which
primates retained. Yet the loss of two chromosomes in such a short
time span would surely result in a major disaster befalling Homo Sapiens. Two chromosomes represents massive amounts
of DNA and RNA just disappearing.
The fact
that there is this two chromosomes difference is not really the issue. Instead the issue is time.
Neanderthal,
Cro-Magnon and Homo Sapiens just suddenly appear out of nowhere with no real bridging
species in the discovered fossil record.
Ape to Homo
erectus works in the time frame required by Darwinian evolutionary theory. This is demonstrated in the fossil
record.
Darwinian
macroevolutionary theory begins to breaks down, beginning with Neanderthal to
some extent, though not conclusively.
Where it really breaks down completely is with the sudden appearance of
Cro-Magnon and Homo Sapiens.
As a
novelist and artist – read generalist who doesn’t plan on leaving my brains at
the door of any temple, religious or scientific (universities being temples of
learning with very strict rules of behavior not foreign to that demanded by
religious dogma) – I suggest the genetic science community look at and work
with the human genome from a mind set of reverse engineering.
The glaringly
obvious answer to the 46/48 conundrum is that someone using advanced knowledge
of genetic engineering consciously spliced off two chromosomes from the ape
genome and voila we have Homo sapiens.
Not only did these individuals create Homo sapiens, but they
deliberately programmed into the gene pool some 4000 genetic flaws to make sure
they outlived their creations. Clearly
they were protecting themselves against the eventuality that their creations
might get out of hand.
We wouldn’t
want a revolution of the students against the teachers; the slave against the
masters; the creation against the creator now would we? One sidebar question for us today is -- how
are we going to protect ourselves against our soon to be creations… the clones!
Earlier I
suggested that today’s geneticist should approach the human genome as a reverse
engineering project, I say this because the Anunnaki, our creators, must have a master key that unlocks the flawed
chains. In the literature at least four
Homo sapiens were granted immortality – Enoch, Noah, Elijah, and Hercules.
I recently
watched an interesting example of how a technological limitation can maintain
the upper hand for the owner of a more advanced device.
There was a
point in time when the transition between the two ball pistol and the six
shooting revolver was not well known.
In this fictional account the hero holds the villain at bay with his
revolver. The hero had fired two shots
killing the villain’s attacking henchmen.
The villain smiles raising his pistol saying, “You now have no more
shots,”the villain began to advance to get within range for his older
technology. The hero replies, “Drop
your gun and surrender, I have four more shots, this is the latest six shooting
revolver, look at my barrel.”
“Liar,”
cried the villain continuing to advance.
Pow! Reports the hero’s firearm, the villian drops
dead on the spot.
The hero
cries out to the rest of the villain’s henchman, “With whom do you stand?”
In unison
the answer came, “We stand with the winner!”
An Astonishing Record of What Happened
Of all the
ancient bodies of stories and myths, i.e. Celtic mythology, the Nordic Eddas
and the Hindu Mahabarata the Sumerian body of information is the most reliable
for a very good reason.
Ashurbanipal
a great Assyrian ruler in Mesopotamia and probably the first archeologist and
historian prided himself on his ability to read the “old languages.” He collected vast quantities of ancient (even
for him) material into a great library at Nineveh. This material is intact and has not been corrupted. Most of the material from Celtic mythology,
the Nordic Eddas and the Hindu Mahabarata, was lost in antiquity and
rediscovered and worked over by imaginative later writers and chroniclers who probably
altered the material irrevocably. Only very penetrating and exhaustive research
across archeological, paleontological and etymological disciplines will ever
put Humpty Dumpty back together again.
The
Sumerian records unique intact reliability gives us a window into the probable
events and manner in which Homo Sapiens came to be created.
What we
don’t know is whether the Anunnaki created Man from Homo erectus or Neanderthal. It is possible that Neanderthal had already
evolved from Homo erectus and the jumping off gene pool was Neanderthal.
The bas relief
below suggest to me that Homo Erectus must have been the starting point from
which Ea, the Assyrian god who “suggests the method of creating man, in
response to the heavy workload of the Igigi” (cf.The Assyro-Babylonian
Mythology FAQ) eventually got the prototype – Neanderthal.

From the
point of view of a generalist, I would surmise that Homo Erectus, being closer
to the animal world, would have engaged in sexual intercourse doggie style
simply because that is what he/she would have had observed as normal. There may be some anatomical reasons the
rear entry procedure works best as well.
The
Sumerian chroniclers note that the Anunnaki seemed to be amused that Homo
Erectus had not discovered the missionary position.
Apparently,
even though Ea and his team of genetic engineers knew they could eventually
create the slave race they wanted, they made a lot of trial and error mistakes
as evinced by the following record:
Men appeared with two wings, some with
four and two faces.
They had one body but two heads, the one
of a man, the other of a woman. They were likewise in their several organs both
male and female
Other human figures were to be seen with the legs and horns
of goats. Some had horses' feet; others had the limbs of a horse behind, but in
front were fashioned like men, resembling hippocentaurs. Bulls likewise bred
there with the heads of men; and dogs with fourfold bodies, and the tails of
fishes. Also horses with the heads of dogs; men too and other animals with the
heads and bodies of horses and the tails of fishes. In short, there were
creatures with the limbs of every species of animals....
Delineations found
at the temple of Belus at Babylon.
The above
tells us a lot about the Anunnaki’s moral code, particularly Ea’s. He seems unable to destroy his creations no
matter how unsuccessful. This single bit of insight into his character will
come in good stead for mankind eventually.
The Anunnaki were absolute scientists completely and utterly without a
conscience apparently.
The vision
of these gene splicing mistakes roaming the countryside, possibly all around
the world, is remarkable and a bit chilling.
They were turned loose and allowed to survive or die as they might. They didn’t survive ultimately but they
likely had a terrible life while they lived, and they lived long enough to be seen and immortalized.
In the mass
of errors there must have been one notable near miss. Neanderthal! Neanderthal
may have not been up to the standard Ea’s team wanted to achieve. There is no detailed record of what actually
did happen but it stands to reason from the fossil record that Neanderthal was
successful as an entity. Of all the
errors this one managed to be viable in the environment, but did not seem to
come up to snuff for Ea. So they kept trying.
Eventually,
Ea’s team is successful to a point.
They get Cro-Magnon. Here was a laborer
with the intelligence to follow instructions and the capability to endure hard
manual labor. But Cro-Magnon was still not as refined as Ea wanted. Ea is the key here. It is almost certain that Enlil, the leader of the Expeditionary Group and his
crew, which up to this point did the hard labor, must have been satisfied that
they were now free to do more honorable tasks.
It is not clear that Enlil ordered Ea to bring his project to a
halt. Enlil may have thought Ea would
just be satisfied that he accomplished the original goal. But Ea, ever the perfectionist, must have
become very enthusiastic and confident in his ability. He took another step. The final step that created Homo Sapiens.
Mix to a core the clay from the
Basement of Earth, just above the Abzu and shape it into the form of a core.
I shall provide good, knowing young
gods who will bring that clay to the right condition.
Once Ea got
the right creature with which to work, he now ordered his sister Ninhursag to
perform the above process. He now
wanted to splice Anunnaki genes into the Cro-Magnon genes. He must have had an clear and definite
vision of what would happen.
I interpret
the above Sumerian text like this – the Abzu is the place. South Africa was Ea’s headquarters. There seems to have been a gold mining
operation down there and his laboratories were located in proximity of the
mines. Cro-Magnon was created and
housed there. His prize creation
Cro-Magnon was the clay from the Basement of Earth and Cro-Magnon’s genome was
the core. Ea now was going to splice or graft the genes of good,
knowing young gods who will bring that clay to the right condition… he
may have even included his own, since his later actions demonstrates he had
very compelling reasons to save Homo Sapiens from extinction.
The
following is Ea’s crowning achievement in his own words:
"I will prepare a purifying
bath. Let one god be bled....
From his flesh and blood, let Ninti mix the
clay."
Ninki, my goddess-spouse, will be
the one for labor. Seven goddesses-of-birth will be near, to assist.
Ninti will fix upon
it the image of the gods; And what it will be is "Man."
Special Note:
There are only a
handful of scholars living today who are fluent in the archaic language of the
Sumerians. I have used the verbatim
text translations of the archeological clay tablets as translated by Zacharia
Sitchin.
